Smoky Stovetop Mac & Cheese
This is our favorite stovetop macaroni and cheese recipe. It is so creamy and has a delicious smoky flavor. Any noodles will taste great, but cavatappi pairs perfectly with the smoky cheese sauce.

- 1 large saucepan

Ingredients
- 16 oz (1 lb) box of cavatappi (or other pasta)
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 7 cups whole milk
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 4 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 3 cups shredded Gouda cheese
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
