Barbecue Meatloaf Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Barbecue sauce (for meatloaf mixture and glaze)
- Panko bread crumbs
- Large egg
- Diced onions
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Soy sauce
- Smoked paprika
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Minced garlic
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Butter or cooking spray (to grease pan)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Stir ground beef, barbecue sauce, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parmesan cheese, soy sauce, smoked paprika, paprika, garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a large bowl until a uniform mixture forms.
Be careful not to overmix the mixture, or the meatloaf could become tough.

Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.

Place meat mixture into the loaf pan and flatten gently until evenly shaped and flat on top.
